Maha Vidya Party series: Tara

The Maha Vidya parties are an invitation to have a glimpse of the feminine principles or energies which make up the entire universe. Each of us have a specific way in which we approach the spiritual path and the Maha Vidya’s allow us to define and deepen the path that inspires our soul the most or in a particular form.

This series of celebrations are a joyful, interactive way to connect to the mothers of eternal wisdom, and to discover ourselves and as a result the universe. Next, we will meet the Great Mother of Compassion, Tara.

Tara is one of the ten Maha Vidyas or goddesses of the Tantric pantheon. She is the embodiment of knowledge, grace and compassion. She is the guiding star of all spiritual seekers, helping aspirants at any moment as they navigate samsara, the ocean of illusion, on the path to self-knowledge. Our centres are dedicated to Maha Vidya Tara, as hubs of knowledge and spiritual evolution. She teaches us altruism and forgiveness providing us with the will and means to help others. When Tara embraces us we feel her calmness, peace, equinimity and love. Tara’s divine grace offers us the possibility to discover the truth, as she is always available to us when we are most in need. .
