Special Spiral meditation for Shivaratri ~ the Night of Shiva

Join this meditation on Shivaratri, the auspicious Night of celebration of Shiva, the night before the new moon.

This meditation for Shivaratri will be done in a unique yang spiral formation – where participants stand holding hands, in zodiac order. The spiral formation creates a strong energetic vortex and dynamising of the yang energies, amplifying the effects of the meditation. This allows each meditator to experience a more focused concentration and elevation of their consciousness.

Please arrive by 9pm. No admittance after 9.15pm.
