The soul, like the body needs nourishing, not knowing the needs of the soul will lead us to malnutrition. One cannot quench the thirst of the soul with salty water or with pseudo nourishment, it is by studying and knowing oneself that we have the possibility to connect to that which our soul deeply longs for.

Soul-ution is a workshop dedicated for understanding the needs of the soul from the perspective of Eastern philosophy. It will support you in creating a life that is truly fulfilling, by giving insights and methods for you to discover and explore the deepest needs and wishes that arise from your soul.

On the journey of the soul, there are four fundamental aspects, known as Purusharthas in Vedic philosophy, looking at how to bring forth fulfilment and genuine success in life. The four fundamental aspects are: Artha (material success), Kama (pleasure and desire), Dharma (your purpose) and Moksha (liberation)

We will learn in depth the meaning and wisdom of these four aspects and how they provide a roadmap for ultimate fulfilment, even in modern life, by exploring these topics:

  • The spiritual perspective of abundance, wealth and generosity for Artha
  • The value of relationships, friendships and eroticism for Kama
  • Finding our rightful path and meaning of life for Dharma
  • The spiritual perspective upon all aspects of life and spiritual enlightenment for Moksha

Who’s this workshop for?

This workshop is for everyone, no matter where you are on your spiritual path or journey for self-discovery. It is meant for those who have a genuine curiosity about the complex nature of their soul and will offer a practical application of the ‘know thyself’ dictum. The workshop will include presentations, interactive and contemplative exercises, meditations and sublime insights. Join this weekend workshop to bring forth a greater sense of fulfilment and joy!
